  : the home is off road so be prepared with a 4x4it has a damp smell to it and requires a wood stove to heat it - but the worst is the staff. when I made the contact aware of the smell she was defensive and suggested I empty out the humidifier (perhaps that should be done before guests arrive). there wasn’t enough wood to fuel the fire for the whole night so we were freezing. and the home is dated (again the staff explained all this away by reminding me it was described as rustic - not sure how rustic means inadequate.) I asked about dining options before arriving so I could plan our visit to the park and was told I could check out the information in the folder once I arrived. also the price that initially comes up on booking is completely misleading - the price was almost double the original quote once kids and cleaning fees were added.
