  : The staff and facilities were excellent and both Achmed and Washim in the bar/restaurant were especially very friendly and helpful - everyone made it a most enjoyable stay form my family.
  : Whilst breakfast was excellent and the evening meal and drinks were very competitively priced we thought that the evening meal, whilst very well cooked, the menu could have been more extensive/varied - had we been staying for longer we would have run out of things on the menu that we would have liked. It would not put me off staying again but would lead to us eating out rather than at the hotel.

  : To review our stay, firstly, there was no water fountain that I could locate which meant that I ended up searching the property for 20 minutes at 01:00hrs to try and fill up my bottle. If the water from the tap is drinkable, there were no signs to specify and we didn’t want to become unwell as we had a big event the next day. At the time of booking, we ensured that the room we purchased had air conditioning- however, upon arrival it was evident that the air conditioning was not fit for purpose due to not turning on at all which left us awfully hot in the room, alas, dehydrated and hot we went to sleep. At 06:50hrs we were abruptly awoken by loud stomping coming from the room above ours (we are able to provide video evidence outlining this at your request.) Being awoken at this hour was wholly inconvenient as we had an event to go to that required us to have adequate rest due to having driven 7hrs earlier in the day. Our drawing point at time of booking was the remote and tranquil location your property alluded to, unfortunately we beg to differ. Additionally, the signage positioned at reception stipulated that from 8:30am you were able to check out. Unfortunately this again proved difficult as my partner had to search for a member of staff to allow us to check out which made our departure from the hotel delayed. When we were finally able to check out the member of staff at reception was not very forthcoming, appeared blunt and rude. When we asked to provide feedback, we were brushed off and directed to an email address leaving us feeling unacknowledged. Ultimately, our stay at Hustyns was unpleasant, disruptive and uninviting and as such we would not use this hotel again.

  : Our room was not clean when we arrived. They’d missed our room. So we were relocated. Breakfast we added on but man who was nice but had little to no English didn’t understand why our room wasn’t on the breakfast menu. And we didn’t get a breakfast that was worth £15 pp
