: Location was fantastic People were very friendly and helpful The house was great and all the amenities were perfect. Love the view and the furniture
: I did not know there was no Cable I am a huge Sports fan and could not get any football and could not watch the Ducks play Very disappointing. No TV in the Master and the mattress could be replaced. That is why I gave a grade of Good instead of Excellent Wish I would of known about the TV thing

: The home is beautiful and very comfortable with a great view. The huge TV was definitely a plus as was the very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was great, especially if I kept it clean by wiping down the tiled countertops regularly. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Interesting that there was no TV in the master bedroom, only in the second bedroom. We spent a lot of time in the home because of unexpected circumstances, so we truly appreciated all the comfort.
: For such a lovely place it was incongruous that there were some simple amenities missing--like a tea pot or electric kettle. There were plenty of frying pans but the pots were either huge or tiny and the tiny ones were very cheap as opposed to the rest of the kitchen utensils and the home in general. The towels also seemed on the cheap side, especially the hand towels, and there were not enough wash cloths.

: wasnt vacuumed, carpet filthy. Too many ants. sink smelled, sink plumbing/filtered water installation needed fixing. we had to wash down kitchen cabinets very sticky.

: It has a convenient location with short drive to beautiful beaches. Nice living room and comfortable carpet.
: Other rooms besides living room start to show some age. Shower are on the small size.

: Ocean view in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach.
: It has a great view but the outdoor seating options are limited by a narrow balcony. Theres no outdoor dining table.
