: The house it a beautiful setting for people to go and relax by the ocean. It's only two blocks from the beach.Location was wonderful, well maintained and very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood! And house was very cozy.
: Only issue we found was no fire place, which was shown in the photos on the app... so that was misleading, we only rented it for the fire place as it's a yearly tradition... we asked for a partial refund but we're denied. Felt like false advertisement with older photos of a fireplace that doesn't exist. Renters chose not to assist nor did air b and b.. great place! Had fun. Update your photos... fire place is THE ONLY reason we rented it... kids were mega let down. Sad this app allows false advertisement of photos.

: super cute, cozy home in a beautiful location and very close to the most beautiful beach ever!
: the beds were super uncomfortable and the back slider door was nearly impossible to close unless you picked it up and slid it that way.

: Location was great and the house was comfortable. The bathroom seemed newly upgraded and that was nice. The house lives larger than it looks.
: The instructions give the code to the lockbox, but it is actually a key pad on the door. We tried the lockbox multiple times and finally realized it was on the door, ha ha! Just changing the wording would be good. There are some sugar ants in the kitchen, nothing major, but just a little annoying.

: A very cozily decorated home with several little extras, handy for those with children and/or dogs. Comfortable beds.
: Two small items: Struggled with volume for movies and had to disconnect Roku and plug in Blu-ray to get picture. (Maybe just didn't figure out the correct buttons to push? If so, please leave instructions on how.) A crab(?) pot and old bait was left on the deck...smelly and intriguing for our dog and young child. We moved it so easily handled but for future, might want to make sure such things are put away.
