  : Location was great! Right next to the Neil Armstrong museum. The pool was heated which is great. Mainly booked this hotel because it was the only one with a pool. But hotel staff was very nice! They were helpful and when we needed more towels or trash bags they were very quick/glad to give it. I liked how on the key-card you get for your room it tells you the general stuff like when breakfast is and hours of the pool. The actual room was clean and smelled good. Towels were clean as well and smelled good. Good working mini-fridge and microwave. Microwave was clean! The fridge was clean too! The sheets smelled clean/looked clean.
  : If you weren’t paying attention you would notice there was piles of dust on the toilet paper holder (the parts that doesnt touch the actual toilet paper) and piles dust on the inside handles of the furniture. Piles of dust on the bottom metal part of the soap/lotion holder in the bathroom and in the metal holder in the shower. The under side of the sink looked like it leaked/water stains and no one cleaned it. The hotel is dog friendly but dogs barking is no good. The hotel staff did tell them to calm their dog down which was great. But it leads to the next problem: The doors or something needs to be heavier or more sound proof more because you can hear everyone in the hallway loudly and every time someone else leaves/enters their room. It all echos in the hallway. Not that it’s their fault but I noticed the cleaning staff on our floor would run the vacuum cleaner around 9:30AM/10AM in the morning and it would wake you. It would be nicer if they did it more in the afternoon/evening hours. Also for some reason the fire alarm went off during our stay. It beeped twice then stopped but it woke us out of our sleep. The noisy hallway is what really knocked my rating down.
