Disappointing

  : It was close to everything we needed to be around.
  : The lock on my door wouldn’t lock and we called the front desk asking if she could move me and my 9 year old to a different room and she was rude and said no we had to wait on maintenance. We waited 30 mins then I went down and asked for my money back bc I didn’t feel safe in that room with just myself and my child staying there. It was only when I asked for my money back she moved us to another room which had no shampoo, conditioner, or soap, but the lock worked. The nice lady the next morning did give us shampoo and soap.

  : The staff was friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The hotel had been updated and refurbished. It was a comfortable room and quiet part of the property. It was lose to a number of places to eat. I would stay there again with no second thoughts.
  : The circuit breaker tripped for the room around 10:00PM. The front desk attendant was prompt in responding. Unfortunately he could not get it to trip back on. He apologized and offered another room. I was heading to bed and the air conditioner was working, so I stayed in the room overnight so as not to bother packing up everything. While inconvenient, I was grateful to the management for offering to accommodate a change if I had wished to move.
