Blood stained bed cover, few-week-long bed sheet and pillow cover, dirty towel with somebody's long hairs, no hair dryer, no elevator, rude hotel staff, no breakfast that should've been included according to booking.com. Booking. comshould stop introducing this crazy-terrible hotel immediately. I've never stayed at the super-uncomfortable hotel before.
