  : Dirty & when I say dirty I mean filthy elevator walls and floor have never been washed they are gross and u stick to them upon checking in a 3 pm was told then that pool was closed by a note on the counter due to lack of of maintenance shocking/Cleaning it nasty told it would be back open. Tomorrow but never was, no discount offered besides canceling my reservation with no refund no nothing rented jacuzzi tub suite tiles cracked tub o had to ask for clean h products to clean myself before getting in then no rubber to stop. From falling-slipping and my husband and myself both fell He hurt us back and y and almost drowned because it was so slippery I couldn’t pull him out also 1 towel to share with 1 wash cloth and 3 hand towels half role of toilet paper had to ask for more and that was an issue ice bucket forget it u get the thinest bag put your ice in it and let it melt everywhere bed was broke and 20” tilted back so you laid on an high angle woke up both in horrible pain neck back shoulders head and don’t get me even started again on the nasty unprofessional in presentation of appearance, customer service skills,communication & how you carry your seat work the bar are different and counties mixed sorry for being so blunt but it’s needed,rude staff either they did nothing but except give excuses either we just took it over or the pool thing honestly it hasn’t been messed with in months if not longer disgusting horrible nSasty

  : We had to change rooms . The 1st room had what looked like blood on the wall and lamp, a plastic bag was zip-tied over the smoke detector, there was no soap, and the cherry on top was when my friend pulled the sheets back and found a CRACK PIPE. We have pictures of all this and gave the pipe to the desk man..
