  : Property was horrible. People loitering around the building in the halls. Elevator wasnt working. Place was filthy. My room smelled like a wet dog. Bed was on a thin frame wasnt leveled and very uncomfortable.
  : I checked in for three nights decided to leave a day early. Front end lady refused to give me my cash deposit back because I was leaving a day early. She said theyll refund me with a check in the mail. I asked her to give me that in writing so I can have for my records in case I dont receive my refund. and she refused to do so. She wouldnt get the property management to help assist. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend or even stay at this location ever again.

  : Rooms had mold! The kitchen area looked like a meth blew up in it . Beds were uncomfortable. Had to wait an hour for someone to check us out because no one stays on the property so we had to wait for an employee to come to the office to check us out. It was a horrible stay and I don't recommend it to my worst enemy

  : The staff was nice & and accommodating, but I just wish the 3rd Party booking would update their site. It was a nice home away from home with a full-size refrigerator, microwave & burners.
  : Online Booking Needs to be Updated!We booked 2 Double Bed Studios but when we arrived the rooms were only Single bed Studios. Thankfully, HomeTowne was accommodating us with 4 rooms for the price of two. We took the 2 rooms for 1 price because we didn't need the 4th room, and I refused to pay full price on the 3rd room for only ONE bed studio. Room size was small, good for 2-3 people only! Not recommended for bigger size families. I'm just glad my family and I managed it all.

  : They stole my deposit, me and my girlfriend stayed their for 30days while our house was being renovated. we rented two rooms, one for us and the other for her 16 and 17 yr old sons. Before we left we cleaned the rooms, when we checked out they stole out deposit and said they found ashes in the room. WHICH WAS NOT TRUE! They told the same lie to both of us! I would like to speak to management! Because we don’t smoke! We also don’t have $200 to just give away.

  : Dirty!No toilet paper in rooms!No hand soap in rooms!Sold us a handicap accessible room and did not have one! Person with disabilities could not access toilet or shower had to go in her paints. Checked in on a Friday evening. And was told we had to wait till Monday to talk to manager. Stuck 2 nights with no air conditioning in Hot Summer with people with disabilities that couldn’t use the restroom. No one at the property cared and couldn’t refund money for a week so we had no money to get a different rooms!Horrifying Conditions!
