  : I loved the beach front balcony with the chairs and little table! We were able to watch the sun rise from the balcony which was lovely. The pillows are very comfortable; the bed is pretty comfortable as well but it was a bit squeaky anytime one of us moved. The staff were friendly. While there was no continental breakfast, there was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room which was great. There was a table and two chairs in the room to sit and eat. Also the big TV was nice.
  : The parking situation is so tight as mentioned on their website. I have a truck and could barely fit into the parking space outside let alone in the parking garage with the beams. I was warned via their website and only brought one vehicle but I don't own a car, so I had to bring the truck. I would rethink going there based on the parking issues, because there is no where else to park if you cannot squeeze into one of those tight parking spaces. That is my only complaint, though.

  : We loved the view and the fact that we could open the sliding door and hear the ocean. That was the best. The beds were very comfortable too.
  : TV was confusing to work. Channels didn't match the information in the book. Not a big deal

  : View was wonderful. Room was a good size and comfortable. The marshes behind the beach also look beautiful - would be lovely on a sunny day (it was pouring when we visited).
  : No restaurants within walking distance although we could probably have walked out to the clam shack half a mile back into town if it hadn't been raining. They did a great take-out.
