  : We booked with breakfast and dinner, but we were able to use an additional lunch meal with soup and snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. It was possible to charge an electric car. Comfortable bed, delicious food, nice pool.
  : We could not use the sauna in the evening, because the saunas work until 19.00 p.m.

  : The location of the hotel was in the city center - Wenns isn't a big city but you can find there anything you need. Also the ski bus stop was right in front of the hotel. Staff were nice, friendly and willing to help even if you doesn't speak German or English. Room nicely prepared and cleaned before my arrival.
  : Maybe the stevard on a reception could be more voluble because the day of our departure I was told I had meals in the price, however on booking the stay was without meals...

  : The proximity to the ski bus stop. The private parking. The saunas were nice although a bit outdated.
  : We usually do not provide such a negetive review but unfortunately this time we had to. It is not a good choice for couples/ people looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The place in reality do not match the pictures in the website. In general there was a constant feeling the hotel is trying to keep things on a low budget.The hotel didn't make any effort to do an early check-in, although requested twice.At first we got a room in the 2nd bulling which was below par. It was also very hard to find and reach it. The carpet and curtains had stains and overall poorly maintained. The toilet was broken and there were no toiletries.The 2nd building overall feels like a budget family hotel. The atmosphere in the dining room was unpleasant and the food served was below expectations with no relation to the menu.After we wanted to leave the morning after, they have offered a better room in the main building which was better but still lack of maintenance (broken and rusty taps). The dining room was better but the food was still not great.We also believe we were overcharged for dinner drinks since we didn't receive detailed receipts on checkout.
