  : The exterior of the property was very dated. The toilet in our bathroom kept running after you flushed it unless you jiggled the lever or reset the flapper inside the tank. An extra roll of toilet paper in the room would have been appropriated.

  : Very convenient to Dartmouth. Pretty view. Quiet. Nice to have breakfast included . Comfortable bed.
  : It has lost its cozy B & B feel. Both in the lobby/breakfast room and the individual rooms. Furnishings were older. Gardens were gone, landscaping and path around to 2nd building, poor, which is all the more noticeable since the side door to the breakfast room was locked. He therefore needed to walk around.

  : Quiet and relaxing, not a lot of people around and the few I ran into were polite and quiet.

  : There was hardly any water pressure for the shower. The shower was dirty, the bed looked like it was sat on before we got there. The heat was on in the room, when we walked in it was almost 80.

  : There was food served in the morning, though it was fairly minimal. The staff was helpful when there was a booking mistake made and was kind enough to not charge for a day we did not stay there. It was very close to Dartmouth college which was nice, as we got to enjoy the area and what it had to offer.
  : The rooms were gross, in terrible condition, and were in poor condition overall. We first stayed in a queen room the first night, and the room looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years. There were stains on the bedding, the room smelled incredibly musty, and the A/C unit that's half hanging out of the window barely worked. Then, we stayed in a king room the next night (due to a booking error, we had to move as there wasn't another available queen room, that's fine) and the condition was even worse. The desk chair seat in the room was literally duct-taped to cover a massive chunk missing, there was missing wallpaper on the wall, there were lightbulbs missing in light fixtures (the fixtures also were rusty), and the bathroom shower was so dirty we literally got on our hands and knees to scrub the floor. Also, the bedding was so covered in stains and smelled that we went and got a new set of sheets to put on. I will say, they offered to send someone to put it on, but given that it was 11pm and we were exhausted, we felt more inclined to just handle it ourselves. Overall, this place was brutal, not at all worth the $240+ paid for 2 nights, and we will never be staying there again. I'd rather camp outside then deal with that place another night.
