  : The carpets through the hotel were stained. The hotel needs upkeep. Smells. Only 2 towels for 4 people. It appears people live there.

  : The carpet in the room and halls was disgusting. It was so stained and dirty. Had to walk around room with me shoes on so my feet and socks wouldn’t get dirty. We stayed in 2 rooms. One smelled like smoke - even though there was a no smoking policy and the other had no screen on the window and the carpet was damp the entire stay. There was also a carpet tack sticking up where the carpet met the tile bathroom floor and it was sharp if you stepped on it. Told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. The sofa bed was a joke - all springs- and as a sofa it had multiple stains on it. The breakfast was supposed to be open until10 on Saturday but when we went down at 9:45 it was already cleaned up. We ask and the staff gave us a hard time. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in a very long time.

  : No meat at breakfast. Room seemed unfinished and pa.tched. Shower updated with wrong handle . we've stayed in many LaQuintas and this was disappointing.

  : The maintenance person was the only one with some common sense and courtesy.Front desk staff lady suggested that we take a shower at a gym...
  : I have been charged three different amounts on my credit card. Three different times of the day for one night stay.Room didn't have a working shower. We were allowed to shower in a room two doors down the hallway.Window pane was broken.

  : Facility is pet friendly.The room had laminate floor that looked clean and was in good condition.Microwave and fridge in the room.Bathroom was ok- except for horrible towels.
  : I guess- it is OK for the money- but we were staying at La Quinta in Georgia and Florida recently, and we had EXCEPTIONALLY good experience with multiple facilities over there… So we were quite dissaponinted with how dated was the whole building at Willowbrook location. Not only the building , and furnitures, but- OMG - Towels were super old and very thin. Like not absorbing water… Very simple breakfast- we expected to get at least eggs and sausages and bisquits and gravy - but I guess Chicagoland is superexpensive- so you get what you pay for… Aaa, and we got perhapse the worst room on a first floor with a horrible view from the window. So we run to Target down the street, got new towels and blankets, closed the curtains ( multiple holes in curtains, looks like the fabric was so old, that was desintegrating…)to feel more safe, slept ok, and had breakfast at Dannys… But our dog was very happy that could travel with us- and it is priceless!

  : The beds were very comfortable. Great location. I loved the waffles in the morning. A lot of parking spots. Staff was very friendly and met all my needs.
  : The carpet in the common hallways were so dirty and filthy. It had a mold smell. The bathroom layout in the room was inconvenient, the sink and mirror were right outside the room hallway where the main door entrance was, so whenever you opened the door people passing by in the hallway see you washing your teeth. The shower was on the otherwise and the toilet. The towels were dirty and most of the outlets did not work in the room.
