Disappointing

  : I have for many years used the Hampton brand thinking the premium in price was worth it , twice now I have been left disappointed and out of pocket , I don't know if the whole brand is having issues or I have just been unlucky.The overall hotel is nice .
  : Wifi signal at best poor and dropping out , the tv set did not not have a single channel available to watch .The in room safe did not work nor was it attached to any surface , pointless metal box .The flush on the toilet was malfunctioning , running water into the bowl for hours or needing manual giggling which meant lifting the lid to access the parts. The shower wasn't powerful or even very warm , the breakfast room is far to small for the number of guests , the front desk staff also it seems have to restock the kitchen not fair on them or guests waiting to check out or at breakfast , something it seems is going wrong with Hampton Inns which is very sad as I have always praised them in the past but I paid $ 139 and was not happy frankly would have been better off at Motel 6 , this is my second bad experience in three months so Hampton is now excluded from my future plans
