  : Shower didnt work, we reported it and they came out straight away to try to fix the faulty boiler but the shower still didnt work. There were five of us all staying in the cottage so it wasnt ideal.

  : We liked the location and the separate rooms. Clean and well presented. We were surprised to be in the centre of Windemere which gave us a great place for our first visit to the Lakes District. Being pet friendly was a big plus. The kitchen facilities were amazing.
  : Some difficulty with the shower maintaining warm water.

  : parking bit of an issue .. luckily two of us took all the baggage from the car while the driver parked close and then she had to find parking.. we had a parking permit left for us at the cottage

  : The only small downside was the bathroom being on the top floor and the parking for more than one car.

  : 1. The quantity of rooms is flexible for 2 Adults and 1 Child. If one room is not suitable to sleep in, there is a spare room to sleep in. 2. Embedded a washing machine and a dishwasher is friendly for families.
  : 1. The radiator in the main bedroom had not been workable and very cold for 3 nights during my 4-nights stay so I could not take care of my child on the same floor, I needed to go upstairs and downstairs between the first floor and second floor. However, I appreciated that the management team tried hard to contact the plumbers to fix the radiator's problem. The reason is that there is too much air in the radiators which prevents them from heating up. Wish this will not happen again to other clients. 2. The black non-stick pan is not suitable to use, because there will be something like black material/oil when heating the pan, I think it was unusual. I suggest that the management team check the kitchen pans regularly. 3. I can not find the wifi information, in the beginning. I suggest that there is wifi ap name and password information on the welcome board should be helpful.

  : The property is very close to several restaurants and small food outlets making the location very convenient, no one has to be designated driver when staying at the house. The Co-op, mid sized convenience store, is across the road from the property and made for easy fulfillment of spontaneous needs for provisions. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is only a few minutes walk away from the property's front door. You are in the middle of Windermere, this would normally be a challenge for parking, however a parking pass is provided so that parking on the roads adjacent to the property is free and no real issue but be aware there is only one, the property is not suitable for a group planning to arrive in multiple vehicles. Very nice inside and comfortable. Kitchen is a reasonably good size and will seat four people at the kitchen table. Modern compact dishwasher is installed but is very slow to complete its cycle but does a good job. The washing machine has seen better days but works perfectly well. Microwave seems relatively new. Fridge freezer of medium capacity and of a typical size for a British kitchen. Glasses, cutlery, utensils and dishes are sufficient for 6 people and were very clean (dishwasher showing its worth?). Living room is comfortable and equipped with a smart TV. The property is spread over three floors; ground, first and second. Ground floor has the entrance hall, kitchen and living room. First floor has the two double bedrooms one of which is two singles on the same base making it much bigger than a normal double. Top flow has the third bedroom containg two simple single beds with a spacious bathroom. Ground floor is not carpeted, but the rest of the house is except for the bathroom. Exterior yard would be great for barbeques, but the weather was not suitable for this activity during our stay.
  : Very little to comment on the negative side, although a few follow. Bath is too narrow to be completely comfortable for most adults and the electric shower over the bath has very low water flow. Water pressure to the taps is good though. Only one toilet for the property located in the bathroom which leads to some queueing when the property is closer to capacity.

  : Very cozy and comfortable cottage. Had everything we needed. Great location. As a family we all loved it, cozy, but plenty of space as well.
  : A downstairs loo would be nice.other than that, it was perfect!
