  : I liked the location to lake windemere Dog friendly
  : Kitchen was closed when we arrived no prior notification The garden area was over grown with glasses left on the benches which appeared to be there a long time. I booked two rooms one was bigger then the other . The bigger room had no view out the window at all. The small room the bathroom was not ideal for a pregnant woman I had to open the door to use the sink. There was damp on the wall the bed was really uncomfortable We came back from dinner intending to use the bar around 930pm they were completely closed on a sat night. Had to use the metal steps of a fire exit to get to and from our room as pub was closed. Just not worth paying 150 at all. Really disappointed

  : No soap, no toilet paper!! No wifi, no restaurant although it advertises all of this It had a bar. When I went down in morning to ask for toilet paper could find nobody. To top it off No Hot water in any of taps. Had to boil little kettle to wash - we could not even have a shower. How disappointing
