  : Property was clean and well equipped and parking was available
  : WC was smallest we have ever encountered Bathroom also very small Aside from shower which although in small bathroom was excellent the apartment felt a little dated No outdoor space (balcony or courtyard) However, we are Lake District novices and therefore surprised at rent that accommodation generally less appealing than that which we generally source can command the level of rent charged In short, we went for an affordable option and it is no ones fault but ours that it fell short of that which we have sourced in other parts of country or abroad

  : Decor, gadgets, atmosphere of place very good. Excellent location and good you have a dedicated free parking space. Kitchen very good ....excellent equipment. We did stay in and cook a few times. Good to have scissors etc. Excellent info re Lake District in property.
  : Cupboard opened over left chair in kitchen which could have been a hazard as you could hit your head. Front door hard to open especially when ferrying things through it (realise it's a fire door).

  : Nothing the owner could change but carrying luggage to the 3rd floor but we was aware there was no lift.

  : The location is great with very easy access to Bowness centre for shopping and eating out at night. Having a dedicated parking spot was brilliant and the flat itself is compact, warm and perfect for two.The free WiFi, dishwasher and internet TV were a bonus and overall we had everything we needed.
  : There are 35 steps to access the flat, we were ok with this but the lack of a lift may be a problem for others. It also gave you a bit of a workout when arriving and leaving with bags. We were asked to put the rubbish in the external bins but we could not find them! The recycling was being collected on the day we left and so we asked the guys doing this and they didnt know either. So to save taking rubbish home, perhaps directions to the bin would help?Only other point is that the checkout was earlier and the check in later than most properties we have rented, I think check in after 2 is fairly normal and this was 4 which is pretty late.
