  : We booked a one bedroom suite and were upgraded for free to a two bedroom. It was nice, clean, and relaxing.

Very Poor

  : Alll three of our beds had bed bugs. The pull out bed from the couch was filthy (crumbs, stained mattress) and the sheets we were given didn't fit ... none of this really mattered when we discovered the bed bugs.

  : We enjoyed the large suite, which was well-supplied. I liked watching the ducks on the pond from our balcony window. The Activity Center was enjoyable.
  : We had to watch the Big Game on a very small TV that was 20 feet from the couch. We would have enjoyed the Activity center a lot more if it had been within walking distance from our room. It also needs some maintenance.

  : The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen had the cooking and eating items that we needed. Using the "Activity Center" (we played Pickle Ball) was fun.
  : The check in time, 4pm, is not convenient. The checkout time, 10am, is not good at all when you consider that we have to either make our own breakfast or go out to eat. The "Activity Center" was not conveniently located and could be kept up better.

  : Facilities were good, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
  : We didn't realise this wasn't a hotel but more of a time share type thing. Had to check in somewhere other than the property itself (on the other side of town) which wasn't communicated to us. Then they wanted to give us a pitch to join the time share when we really just wanted to get to our room and settle in. The whole thing was awkward. Then we were charged for an extra night in the end and it took days of calling to get that settled and get the security deposit back. Felt a bit like a scam. Not worth the trouble, IMHO.

  : Room was very spacious and for a great deal. Quiet environment and a nice view.
  : There was no balcony as we were on the first floor. Also, mystery stains were on the bed sheets and shower curtains. However, the worst part was the confusion getting checked in. Booking app doesn't have the right location in for the check in, so I put it into Google maps. Only for us to get there and have the lady tell us we need to check in at the Glacier Lodge which was NEVER specified... so we drive back and forth 10 minutes both ways just to get checked in before we could finally get the directions needed to get to our rooms.
