  : I have already reported the clogged shower. I thought the sofa looked really tatty and worn so much so that I didnt want to sit on it. The circular burn mark on the kitchen work top and chipped paint work on doors like bathroom made it look scruffy. It was a far cry from deluxe as described.

  : The staff were gave enough info leading up to the stay. Wasn't too expensive.
  : The code to the front door was the same code for our room which I thought was a massive security issue. The apartment foyer/stairs stank of cigarette smoke. Apartment was freezing on arrival. Sofa was held together with duct tape. Very noisy location. The double bed was very uncomfortable as its two singles brought together, so the middle of the bed has a solid beam in the middle. It's fine but it definitely isn't luxury as the ads suggest.
