  : Big nice room with great view, comfy bed with good bedding, very clean. Efficient and quiet AC, kettle, teabags and complimentary water in the room. Nice breakfast. Great location in the hart of the city.
  : The walls are thin (it did not bother me much as there were not many guests at that time, however the cleaner started to scratch the carpet with her brush early in the morning and awoke me). Tea is provided in the room but I drink coffee. And the breakfast is to be ordered from menu, and I prefer bufet.

  : The bar and restaurant are great quality, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is nice and helpful

  : I really liked the hotel, they do their best to keep high standard despite the war. The breakfast was delicious.
  : Nothing, really. The corridors are cold because of the blackouts in the city due to shelling, but rooms were warm and cozy.

  : The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, and all restaurants and other facilities are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and always ready to help and it is quite clean in the rooms. There is also well well-equipped bomb shelter in the basement, with water, a toilet, and sofas. Beautiful sunrises can be caught from the window of your room
  : The furniture and makeover are modest and the mattress for the bed could have been of a higher quality. Overall an average traveler shouldn't expect something extraordinary from a hotel that was built in 1972 for the soviet governors to stay overnight and had a renovation in 2008. As the hotel is situated just in front of the Oblast' (district) Administration it is a potential target for massive missile attacks. I was warned about that by the staff, but still couldn't sleep because of anxiety until 4 a.m.
