  : The location of this property is perfect as its right on the strip..!!
  : It would have been nice to have a kettle & cups in the room.. I read a lot on my balcony & practically live on coffee However thats just me. The toaster at breakfast needs updating its really slow & has been for years now.. Ive no real complaints about the place and Ive stayed there many times over the last 9 or Ten years..!!

  : The pool was a good size .The breakfast that we had was adequate with quite a lot of choice for the price we payed for our stay
  : When we arrived at about 7pm we we're told the main hotel was fully booked and we had to stay in small villas at the far end of the hotel..out of the way basically ..some of these rooms we're in need of much needed upgrading! Sunbeds are in need of renewing years ago !

  : Booked hotel room two months ago and wasnt given room that I specifically booked because was told they had no more availability

  : Room size and cleaning services, fresh towels daily.Location was quite central but if you're not into partying then that's also bad because it is very loud at night when you're trying to sleep.
  : The pool wasn't very clean, you could clearly see the grime on the sides of it.Sunbeds are quite grotty - most looked filthy and broken.There's some areas that looked quite old and not very clean.Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular and not much choice.We didn't opt for all inclusive and I'm happy we didn't because looking at the service available it didn't seem like we'd enjoy it that much.

  : This was a terrible experience the staff were unpleasant and unwelcoming breakfast staff even worst rude and out of order in the tone speaking to guest
  : This was a terrible and disgusting experience i travelled alone and on arrival Tiago showed me to my room and whilst in my room advised no fried chicken aloud in the room (unsure why you chose to confirm no chicken instead of no food in general) this was a little annoying that he highlighted this but then went on to say no alcohol just soft drinks, this was the 15th Oct around 4pm after check in. He then left and i settled in and went to thw shops around 6:30/7pm on my return to the hotel Tiago was outside around 9pm which appeared he was waiting for my return. He then stopped me before i went in and with no words or consent grabbed held of the bottom of my shopping bags and proceed to then search my shopping bags without consent! At this point i advised that it was just water but he still continued to look inside the bag! This was unwarrented not consential and against hotel policy and my human rights! He then allow me to re-enter to the hotel. I was so shaken up once returning to my room and felt watched and violated by this physical search on my return this was not someone thing that hppened to anyone else when speaking to other guest and i felt singled out for no reason! This was traumatic and felt under survailance everytime i left and entered the hotel this should have happend and i reported it to the manager Joan the manager confirmed that this should not have happened he said this is not the gaza or the airport he doesnt understand why Tiago did this and it seems strange!

  : Absolutely outdated beds like prison beds it was literally a camp bed, balcony door didnt work shower leaked sheets dirty, mouldy bathroom door No air conditioning. The staffs attitude is vile. I do not recommend this place, location is good very loud with been on the strip but the noise didnt bother me. Its really the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at
