  : no air con in rooms, uncomfortable beds, maid only did one room clean the entire week, had to ask for loo rolls and clean towels at Reception, had to change our own bed sheets (which we also had to ask for), cooker took ages to heat, freezer door broken, no hotel facilities like bar or pool side snacks as all closed. Room needs desperate makeover and hotel facilities need opening. Its NOT 3 star hotel. Its a glorified hostel.

  : Staff were responsive and pool and outdoor lounge area were really well maintained and pleasant.
  : The rooms were extremely dated - mid 1980s. Bathrooms were just bearable. Room cleaning was every three days, which was useless for us since we stayed 4 days.Room keychains show a 4 star. It's now rated a three star. In a year or two this will be a 2 star unless they invest some money into updating the hotel.As an aside, we had rowdy French guests stay at the same time as us and they made it impossible to sleep between 12am-6am. The hotel should be more aware of the noise caused by their guests.

  : This hotel from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was the absolute worst place Ive ever stayed in my whole entire life.The room is disgusting, stains everywhere, hairs in the sink and bath, lip marks on the glasses in the bathrooms, but hey, Im so glad they hygienically sealed the toilet. Half the balcony door shutters wouldnt open and it was so hot inside, they said they would bring an extra fan but never brought it up, they came to fix the shutters the next day but didnt fix it. Plates and cutlery are provided however there are no dish brushes or dish soap, again we asked for some and they said they would bring it up but never did. The room above us was partying, screaming, playing music and smashing glasses until 5am, I called the reception desk at least 5 times but nothing was ever done. At one point our next door neighbours were on the balcony screaming across to some people in the car park opposite. We felt so unsafe in our room, we couldnt shut the doors to our balcony because it was so so hot inside. They say there is wifi however it only reached the reception and the pool area, this has got to be the first ever hotel not to offer wifi in the rooms, didnt know we were living in 2005. So we couldnt use it in the room. We ended up leaving a day early because we had the worst experience there, when we explained this to the front desk as we left they didnt even offer a refund. They just said oh sorry to hear. Worst staff, worst hotel, worst location. Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere nicer.

  : The location was great! Good value all around too
  : The staff were very unprofessional and rude- one accused me of not paying my 100 deposit when I did and even got a receipt for it. When I showed this to her upon check out she accused me of stealing it from behind the counter even though she gave it to me after I handed her the cash. I never got this back which was very disappointing and she lied to other staff members about this too. This turned me off my stay here and so I would be very hesitant to come back.
