  : Beautiful and perfectly maintained (although a newer property). Very well-stocked with every possible appliance and kitchen tool needed. Owner provided lots of local information- where to visit, eat, etc. Nice view out back of property and a quick walk to the river.
  : Thermostat couldn't be adjusted, which was fine as long as we were downstairs, where it is located. Upstairs was quite warm by mid-afternoon and even with windows open at bedtime, it was uncomfortable. We did notice that the air kicked on unexpectedly on day two, so perhaps the owner realized it was needed. To their credit, they did provide their cell phone number to report any issues.
