  : The false advertising/misrepresentation of the accessible nature of the room that I booked. That 4/5 of the photos shown on Booking.com (that are supposed to be showing the disabled accessible room) were taken in a different room entirely (photographic evidence of this statement).The need, as a direct result of this farce, to be forced to shower sat on the floor of the bathroom for safety! The rudeness, unhelpfulness, arrogance, ignorance (especially of disability requirements and equity), bad manners (standing over a person in a wheelchair looking down on them while holding a conversation) of the staff, failure to admit when they were in the wrong, blackmailing the guest (knowing full well that I would be unable to find a suitable alternative at such short notice with the accessibility that I require) with a take it now or tough approach to refund (which was not an appropriate refund at all), stating that they would arrange a 'relocation' and then just passing the buck to Booking.com and myself.Blame shifting!!!!! Putting all of the blame for this farce onto myself, when in fact, the blame lies entirely with the misinformation provided by the hotel and it's chain.The "Facilities for Disabled Guests" that failed to include disabled parking space/s, that the breakfast bar was so high and everything pushed to the back that it was almost impossible to serve myself in a dignified manner. Their only answer was to ask for help. I am an independent disabled individual who values my ability to serve myself in the same manner as any other guest.INNACCESSIBILITY IS A CHOICE!!!!!!

  : It's location is awesome and had attractions within walking distances.The metro was also close by.The room I swapped my initial one for was great and we enjoyed it.
  : The first room I stayed had air conditioning problem and had to change room because of this.

  : The location is perfect to explore the city center on foot and there are 2 metro stations nearby.the room is spacious with very comfortable beds.breakfast is very good with many options and very fresh croissants !the staff is friendly and helpful, they organized a taxi transfer to the airport for us.
  : As it is in the center with many tourists around there is noise at night.bad sound isolation from the windows and too much noise came from the road at night.we had a room facing the road and opposite a building where people had party on Friday and Saturday night...but we used our earplugs so we managed to get some sleep. Maybe the rooms at the back are more quiet...we also didn't found the pillows firm at all...very soft to our taste , but we bought pillows from a nearby shopping center and used them to sleep well.so if you like firm pillows bring your own and certainly bring earplugs...

  : the Netflix not working internet was slow the breakfast was basic the sausages for so tiny as small as my pinky finger and they were chicken sausages there was no bacon the scrambled egg was a bit rubbery

  : I've stayed at this hotel several times, using it as my base for work meetings while in Brussels.My stay was comfortable, the room was spacious and non-cluttered, the location is well-placed, the breakfast is straightforward and good and the staff are always exceedingly helpful.
