  : Was well maintained and right off the beach, the concierge staff was great and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the housekeeping staff did a great job.
  : I understand that maintenance must be done, but power tools at 9 am while on vacation is a little early, especially when paying $500 a night for a room

  : Room was nice, breakfast was good, as well as drinks in the brown room. Enjoyed the pool and the lunch/drink menu .Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Grounds were spotless. Wish the adult pool was larger.
  : disappointed there was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, as I remember them from the past.I had to fight with the lock to open the door each time we arrived. My daughter and my lunch was forgotten while we sat in the garden area. Finally, I was able to flag the waitress down, she apologized and said the "ticket" was lost. we waited another 20 mins to finally get our lunch. We checked out at 10am and wanted to go to the beach, I had to remove my car from valet parking with no where to park. Was told that I could park in a back lot but upon arrival it was full. Beach service was undesirable, never bought us a menu or looked in my direction after nicely tipping him for the set up. We finally left to get some lunch.

  : We owned a home in Cape May for 25 years and we have stayed at Congress Hall in the past. The price for our accommodations was too high. It's a nice historical place, but over priced. There are other lovely historical places to stay in Cape May and we will do that on our next trip.
