  : Beautiful room, clean comfortable sofa. Location was good.
  : Room patio doors led right out to the pool which was fine, but there was a wedding going on and reception in the tent dining right next to the pool so we couldn't enjoy outdoors. Kept patio doors and curtains closed the whole time. At least they ended the party at a decent hour. Also parking was non existent because of the wedding guests cars. Should have put us somewhere else and reserved parking for staying guests.

  : Great location close to the beach. Attached restaurant is very good with excellent drinks. The pool area is fantastic to relax. Golf cart service to shopping was amazing!!
  : Maid service for the rooms was good the first day but was not as good the next two.

  : We liked how nice the front desk people were, the proximity to the beach, the very nice beach chairs + towels + umbrellas provided to all guests, the easy checkout, and the included parking.
  : I hate to be a brat on a review site. We rarely get away, and to spend $400 on one night at a hotel meant a lot to us. That said, we chose the "Queen Suite with Ocean View" from this site, and checked the amenities described for the Queen Suite with Ocean View on the Montreal Resort website. The latter describes a "private furnished balcony showcasing unobstructed views of the beautiful Cape May shores." I'm not sure where the communication breakdown happened (whether Booking.com has the wrong info, or what), but our balcony was not only shared (pictured), it also contained a public stairway leading right to the street (also pictured). We had no privacy, as the only thing separating us from anyone who wanted to walk onto the balcony was a sliding glass door. Therefore, we spent our time in the room with the curtains closed, missing out on ocean views. Had I been traveling alone, I would not have felt safe enough to stay. The front desk was kind when we called about this, but the hotel was fully booked and we could not be moved. They gave us a gift card to adjacent bar for our trouble. Inside the room, we found the bed to be collapsed in the center (we didn't even get to break it ourselves!) (see photo), a mildewy sofa that smelled like backside, and a shower with someone else's razor hiding atop the glass shower door (see photo). I'm disappointed that we chose to spend money this way.

  : The bed was horrible.woke up every day in pain.put a better mattress in the room.the room itself had terrible lighting and it opened up to the sundeck bar it was ok until you wanted privacy and had to pull the curtains and then it felt like we were in a dungeon. Heard the toilet flush everything from the room upstairs.the bathroom door was so hard to open after it was shut.the worst was our golf cart driver dropped us off at the bridge and we then walked to the lobster house and when I called him to come get us he told us he was very sorry he didn't charge the golf cart and we would need to find another way back to our room.to far to walk so I called the office and she told us about the free shuttle.thank goodness for that.we have stayed here for years off and on and always had a nice stay but this room was horrible.
