  : i liked that it was close to the beach and a grocery store 24/7 and other food places. The pool was nice and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed. there was plenty of towels.
  : i disliked that the AC units were not working properly, only one bedroom it worked in and it would turn off while we were sleeping and would wake up sweating. The other two rooms the AC would not cool them down.. kinda upsetting. Also, my sister noticed in every room possible cameras which is illegal . we flashed a light at these gadgets and there was a lens , so pretty sure they were cameras. No window glass just screens , so heat gets in quick, and no AC in living room or bathroom. Also noticed host would bring kids into the pool while we stayed there so we felt uncomfortable going out to the pool.. We still had a good time though and tried not to let things get to us, but be warned.

  : The beds were comfortable and clean. It was also in a very good location that was close to everything. The property was well kept and the pool was nice.
  : There were a lot of rules. You weren't supposed to run the air conditioning to keep your room cool. There was no air in the common areas and it was loud 24/7 when we had a curfew for quiet time hours.

  : Beautiful older home, great location. Great air conditioning in the bedrooms, good renovated bathroom. Well stocked bath. Good amenities with pool and beach towels.
  : Kitchen needs a full renovation. Not well stocked. Not pleasant to see or use. Plumbing issues, toilet backs up easily. Common rooms dont have AC so they get super hot. Bathroom needed a new shower curtain.

  : Isla Verde house:Main areas no A/C, only in bedrooms had AC which kept shutting off during the night!Loud, loud - motorcycles up and down avenue, cars with blasting music and windows are aluminum and did not shut!Pool water was cloudyScreen door was broken, only 1 bathroom and no screen in that room!!It was very hot!!

  : It had a private Gate n a swimming pool.
  : There WiFi wasnt working you can here all the outside noise n there a/c n dryer sucked.

  : too many rules for our old house in the kitchen and bathroom floor was dirty had to sweep it right away. Shower post was rusty. other than that it was OK.

  : Nothing we never stayed thereWe arrived at night and could not get in. It was very dark, no light, No one answered the telephone. We had to stay at a nearby hotel.Went back the next day, but I still couldn't get in.The gate was locked. Bars at the windows and abandoned cars in the yard. We took pictures.
