  : We enjoyed that it was so close to carowinds park. Also the staff for breakfast were so sweet!
  : When we arrived there was trash up and down the hallways. When trying to sleep the first night we heard a banging on our door at 2 o’clock in the morning. No one was there going to guess it was the teenagers roaming the hotel at all hours. Our last morning was better the breakfast was good but then we were trying to relax the last couple of hours of our stay before check out when we heard another knock on the door. This time it was the maids wondering when we were planning on leaving this was at 8:50 we had until 11 to check out. I felt rushed which was not okay. Especially since we were paying way too much to stay there anyways. It was our wedding night and it wasn’t everything we were hoping for especially the trash everywhere

  : Close proximity to Carowinds park, which was the purpose of our stay. Large very clean room.
  : We didn’t get a room facing the park. We were in a room close to expressway and could hear the traffic all night. Also the TV in our room didn’t work, we were too tired from being in the heat all day to report it. The layout of the hotel was odd. No good way to enter the building from the parking lot. Very inconvenient when trying to bring luggage in. For the price we thought it would be better.

  : A/C wasn't working properly due to air filters being so clogged. One bathroom sink was partially clogged & very slow draining. Family with multiple kids appeared to be having a party occupied the pool for hours so my family wasn't able to use until after 9:00 pm.

  : We loved the location of this hotel! It was great to be able to just walk over to Carowinds instead of having to load up the kids and all our stuff in the car. We also thought the breakfast was excellent- the hot dishes were different each day which was nice.
  : Unfortunately the tub in our suite was really gross.. it was visibly dirty and the smell of mold/mildew coming from the drain was so bad it actually made the whole suite stink, so we kept the door shut for the duration of our stay. Thankfully everything else was clean, so we didn't let that one thing ruin our trip.
