  : Nice design for the rooms.
  : Extremely loud music until 3am, you can't hear yourself think. We were told the music would stop at 11am, but it just didn't. The next day we complained to reception and were assigned a different room, which was quieter, but 300gbp is a high price to pay for a sleepless night.

  : We stayed here a few years ago and had a lovely experience and great room. This time we booked two rooms and were given rooms next to each other. Rooms decorated nicely. One room was very nice, big, with a balcony and good bathroom.
  : The rooms were on a top floor and one of our guests was 86, so we had to climb several flights of stairs as there isnt a lift, with bags. While one room was good, the other room was not. It was split level, with a bathroom at the top and steep stairs down to the tiny bedroom. We took this room as it wasnt suitable for my 86 year old father in law. The room was so small that there was no floor space to put overnight bags! The bed took up almost all of the room, along with a desk and chair and built in wardrobe. The wardrobe space was a rail over the kettle and hairdryer. I dont know if there is an issue with plumbing in this room but there was an obvious stench of fish/urine in the bathroom. Our room also overlooked the bar area so there was noise until the early hours, even though we stayed on a Wednesday night. Unfortunately when we left to go out for dinner, and then checked out in the morning there were not any members of staff around in the hotel to talk to about our room.
