  : The location was good and the bed was comfortable.
  : We had a difficult time gaining access to the property and took an hour to get in after many phone calls to the provided number, maybe more detailed instruction to explain any quirkiness of the keys would've helped. The second lockbox on the doorknob caused more confusion. I had asked for a credit, but have not heard back. The bathroom could use a lot of TLC, there was no sink stopper, the floor was dirty, and the hand towel rack was nonexistent. The hallway was extremely dark and could use much more light. Also had difficulty with processing my credit card for payment.

  : Comfy beds. Great location. Super responsive hosts.
  : These are uber minor as our stay was fantastic. A throw blanket for the couch would be great. And let visitors know you cant control the heat. The radiators work really well and we got hot. Ceiling fans helped. My co traveler said upgrade the coffee. I say no. Guest here should go out there is great coffee within walking distance. :-)
