  : The breakfast options were great and caters to people of all preferences (vegans also).I have been to many hotels but here the Sofa cum bed was very comfortable.Bathroom & kitchen amenities were also sufficient.Few of the upper rooms must have view to pikes peak which is added advantage for people who would like to spend quality time inside rooms.
  : Can't say much as front office staff was also courteous.Overall stay met my expectations.The only downside is being at Airport location this hotels is bit far from major attractions of Colorado Springs (10-15 miles).

  : The room was clean. Breakfast was great. The staff was nice and helpful. I loved the view of Pikes Peak. We also liked that there was a bar that offered food and drinks after a long drive when we got there. We all had burgers and fries, which were good.
  : The bar menu was mostly chicken dishes, which half of us wanted, and they were out of chicken. The pool was closed for maintenance.

  : Arrived about 3 hours early. Asked for an early checkin. The young lady advised that room was not ready said it would be ready in a couple hrs. We went to get a bite. After returning 2 hrs later for our room. The assistant manager Victoria Puneiko advised us that our room would be ready at 3pm and no sooner. All ready having a Migraine all I wanted to do is lay down and let my medication work. Victoria made us wait till Exactly 3pm. Then offered us a different room. Come to find out they had over sold. The next morning we discovered the covers we Slept under had Urine and Dried Blood Spots that we took pictures of. The hotel receptionist advised us that Victoria would take a night's stay off. After all the rude behavior and total and lack of customer support. We don't feel this was sufficient. Maybe it was because we are a Mixed Couple. I pray this is not the case.

  : My husband and I had a wonderful time there! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Especially Kristin at the front desk. The business center was out of order. She helped me complete the task I needed to do in no time.
  : My husband and I are vegetarians. Unfortunately, there wasn't much available in terms of hot servings for breakfast. All of the egg dishes had meat in them. This happened all three days we were there. The food was good, however, it would have been better with a vegan/vegetarian option, as well.

  : Breakfast items needs improvement. Room cleaning is done once in 3-days. This is insane. How do you expect people to use same towels and unclear rooms for 2 days.
