  : We had to look at three rooms before we were somewhat satisfied with the accommodations and cleanliness. The carpet and air filters in the air conditioners haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Cigarette hole burns were in the blanket as well.

  : The phone to my room didn't work I have bad knees and I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs gut to ask the front desk something and my tv didn't work and he came to try to fix it said he was coming back and never came back so I couldn't relax by watching tv that night and couldn't watch it when I woke up early

  : It was close to where we were going
  : The staff is not very friendly, the check out is at 11am be ready to have someone knocking at 10 am telling you it’s check out time, then again at 10:30. She tried to get us to leave at 10:30 and I said check out is at 11 and she said “yeah that’s in 30 minutes, you should be ready to go now” I said well we aren’t so we are not leaving until 11. I have never had someone tried to kick us out of a room like that before. She was doing that to every single room. Other people did leave but that is very rude. I paid you for a full stay, I am entitled to my full stay.
