  : The place is well located, 10 min. walk to nearest beach, 5 min. bus/taxi ride to the Old Town gates, or harbour and Lapad promenade. Owner was great in communication and meeting our needs (arranging airport transfer, luggage storage, etc.). The apartment had all the equipment we needed for our stay. The balcony was where we spent the most time when we were in the apartment. The whole apartment was very clean.
  : The agency with which the owners cooperate in renting the apartment sent us many automated and unnecessary messages before and after the stay. Quite inappropriate and I find it disruptive to the personal touch that private accommodation landlords in the country usually have. The building looks like an office building with several apartments, without character (traditional or modern). The proximity of roads does not make the place very quiet, especially in the morning. The older air conditioner (only in the living room) and the older and noisy fan (in the bedroom) were not an option for sleeping with the window closed.
