  : Aircon in the room; swimming pool (even though we didn't use it)
  : The ventilator didn't work; the shower was not hanged so you should take a shower with only 1 hand or with somebody else help; there's no fridge inside the room. It's far from the city walls to go by walking. We used the bus. There's no reception desk. We lost some time contacting the owners to check in and check out.

  : Outside had a very pleasant view. The bathroom met our requirements.
  : The kitchen was quite dirty. We luckily didn't need any of the appliances but even the fridge needs some cleaning. In the morning we heard some loud moaning which might not be appropriate if you're coming here with your children. Parking is nearby but if you need to park at the public parking spot, you'll be paying a fortune.Poor wifi reception quality.

  : The staff were very kind and courteous. I had issues with an electrical adapter and the staff obliged by providing one for the entirety of my 3-day stay! It is value for money, no doubt!

  : The pool was lovely and it was close to supermarket.
  : No free parking nearby, cheapest we found was 20 euros a day. Its a long walk from Old town but you can get a bus quite easily so wasnt too bad!

  : The room itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
  : The bathroom smelt bad like it hadnt been deep cleaned properly and the shower had no stand so you have to use the head and hold it on your body yourself. We had a lot of troubles finding this hidden property as we arrived in the dark and it is not clearly sign posted. As you come up the road past the big supermarket on your left, turn left and then turn right just after the big greyish big building up a ramp and then some steps, then you will see the sign up to more steps. Our stay was tainted by the difficulty we had trying to check in. After trying to call the owner multiple times and message lots on the booking app, he showed up 30 minutes later with no contact to us. The owner was extremely unreliable hence the low rating as the room was actually alright.The value for money is poor, this room should be a lot cheaper. Just to note as well the walk to the old town and walls is 30mins up and down hill but the bus system was great.

  : Swimming pool is a nice addition. Good affordable stay in Dubrovnik and really easy to reach the Old Town by bus.
  : Lots of bugs & shower isn't attached to the wall.
