: The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful and clean. The stairs were tough but everything else was great. So many restaurants , shopping and storeseverything was so close. Close to train station.
: The stairs were quite tough with a couple of suitcase. Couldnt complain about anything else. A really nice place with a convent location.

: The location is excellent, can't find anything more convenient both in terms of city attractions and transportation
: It is very hot in Florence in August, the apartment has only one AC unit in the hallway, the rooms get very little of the AC benefit. It is not unusual in the old houses of course. Also it is 3rd (4th for the Americans :) floor, no elevator, beware if you have a lot of luggage :)

: Good location, nice size rooms.
: No toilet paper, water from shower/sink was brown, facilities were old and not clean. Had to pay a big bond and wait 1 month to get money back. Check in was a nightmare took way to long and unorganized overall.

: Location and space was great! Very convenient to have laundry with a family. Kitchen was also very well appointed.
: AC is only in the main hallway, so the bedrooms dont get too cool, however there was a fan that helped. Didnt have enough toilet paper for our stay- and when we asked for more they couldnt supply any.

: location had us close to many things to see and eat. super close to the train station. walked back when we left.
: Air Conditioner never made the whole apartment cool enough. 2nd bedroom was always warm even when we closed the living room off.
