  : Location was exceptional. Close to main attractions and train station. Marco the host was great. He came a little early to check us in and gave us some great recommendations for food, restaurants and bars.

  : Very big room, nicely furnished. Great view of the Duomo. Very nice and helpful host.
  : Bathroom old and very small. Toiletbrush hadnt been changed in years (yuck!), really disgusting.Heating didnt really work; I guess end of April usually aircon would be needed. But it was 8-10 degrees outside, so very cold in the room at night and no wool blanket for cover.

  : My initial reaction was that I didnt like the property, but it did grow on me. Location is very good but so are dozens of others I suspect, the two staff guys were very good, as were the bath towels and shower / body gels. There is no catering at this establishment; it is little more than an Airb&b, but they do provide 2 bottles,of water each day, mini toast and jams, instant coffee and tea (but do buy milk). The fridge is fine. Although very clean, our room (no1) has previously had mould, the soap, dish was just hanging on, no toilet roll holder, and inadequate hooks and hangars for 2 people staying 4 nights

  : The location is simply great. A lot of attractions, like the Uffizi, within easy walking distance. Great shopping and great restaurants, cafes and bars galore. The staff-person (owner?) had great advice on restaurants and such and was really friendly and quick to respond to requests like extra glasses (wine glasses were not supplied as a regular item).
  : Quite a few things could have been better. To start with the elevator to the 4th floor was really small - two persons or one with a suitcase - and complained loudly on the way up like an overburdened old man. Not very trustworthy at all. The room was nice enough, but the advertised "balcony" and "view" were a joke. The shower was very small and does not have any place to put shampoo/soap other than the bottom. The toilet seat was broken and wasn't fixed in the four days of our stay. One day the cleaning wasn't done until we complained. So.........
