  : The check in process was so easy and extremely easy to find. The process was explained really well to make it a simple process. The apartment is in a great location - 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was a great size. The washing machine was broken upon arrival but the host quickly arranged to fix it which was great.

  : The location was perfect, close to nice areas to eat or drink and 10-15 min walk from all the attractions. Smooth check in and check out experience.
  : Noise coming from the neighbors and the stairway was a bit disturbing. The fridge was pretty loud too.

  : Nice, small apartment in a good location, about 8-10 minutes walk south of the Ponte Vecchio. Not far from the center of the city and major attractions, but in a somewhat quieter area. Good accommodations for the price. Kitchen is small but fully equipped for one or two people.
  : Additional towels for the bathroom would be nice. It'd also be nice if there were a bar of soap set out in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom seems to be hung for someone who is no taller than 4 1/2 feet. Most people will have to bend over to use it.

  : The apartment is in a great location, although everything in Firenze is so close its easy to walk anywhere. the self-check in was super easy! The layout of the apartment isnt exactly like the images, I think the table was moved, and its a little smaller than the images make it look but still enough space for 1 or 2 people. Washing machine is good and there is a clothes dryer and iron. Big wardrobe to hang all your things and get bags packed and out of the way.Very quiet at night and near a bus stop for public transport. 5 minutes from a supermarket. Quick 5 minute walk to the river.
  : The kitchen needs to be stocked a little better. Theres only the gas cooktop, no microwave or oven. Ita too small for an oven but a small microwave would fit. Also you arent able to adjust the heating (fixed at around 20) which I understand from an electricity standpoint but there werent warm enough blankets to counter for less warmth with the heater and I often woke up cold.

  : The place was nice and clean, I felt we had plenty of room to move things around. The location was great close to everything we wanted to see.
