  : The location is great.
  : The amount of steps you have to climb to get to it. The toilet seat was slipping off- needs to be repaired. The front door key pad was not reliable. It often took several goes before it would unlock. The curtain is not adequate as it isnt big enough to close and it was very sheer.

  : The room was narrow and the bed doesnt fit 2 people. Ever since we entered the room there was a bad smell coming out of the toilet and filling the entire room.The next morning of our stay sewage water Broke out of the sinks. We contacted the host and he told us he fixed it.When we came back in the afternoon, we opened the water on the sink, and sewage water leaked out from behind the toilet seat and filled the room floor and the corridor. It was near 07:00 pm, we contacted the host on WhatsApp for around 2 hours with no reply to our messages or answers to our call. He then contacted us at around 10:13 pm.During the time we already left the property as the smell was unbearable and sewage water was still leaking threatening to damage our luggage. We had to search for a new accommodation. The host was unprofessional and accused us of throwing stuff in the toilet and the experience was horrible. He ruined our stay in Florence.

  : Bathroom was upstairs which was a pain Had to share a kettle and cups with the other rooms. Room next door was noisy every time they used the bathroom. Terrace needs attention. Kept banging our legs on bed legs - bed too big for the size of the room.
