  : central location, nice decor.
  : the room is up a couple flights. Francesco met us and helped us with the bags up the first flight and from there we could take the lift. when we left the property tho there is no one to assist us on the way down, you'll have to be prepared to manage the bags on your own. the room and the common area had a very strong frangrances, possibly from air freshener products that were used by the property. the smell was unavoidable and we contacted Francesco about our concern and he said he would tell the staff not to spray anything but it was already imbedded in everything so anything that touched the bedding also ending up smelling like the fragrance, not good for anyone who is sensitive to artificial fragrances! it made sleeping or being in the room very difficult.

  : Location, location, location!!!
  : We were under the assumption that we had a 2 bedroom apartment, however it was 2 separate rooms with in a shared common area with other guests. Also not aware that the apartment had only stair access to first floor before we reach a lift! Be prepared for small rooms and bathrooms with no vanity space and with a few extras not working- fridge, switches, shower been leaking and damaged wall over a long time but request repairs on first day like it just happened! Lovely manager, but need to give guests more than carrying luggage, ordering taxi and handing out a spare dirty pillow. Location is fantastic, walking distance to so much, just a small pretty room with construction happening next door ! Its a pity, because it does have charm

  : Unfortunately the heating wasnt working properly and because they were experiencing an exceptionally cool spell in Florence the toom was cold.

  : The location is the only good thing about this place. It is very close to all the tourist destinations and shopping
  : Where do I begin? For starters the room was incredibly tiny as was the bathroom. The shower was so small it made it impossible to shower without bumping into either the wall or glass door. The water temperature in the shower would change every two minutes, so you would get lukewarm water and then scalding water all of a sudden. Also, the shower drain would drain incredibly slowly as did the bathroom sink drain. We would let the sink drain overnight and used minimal water while at this residence. The biggest annoyance was the staff. The air conditioning in the room was not working. It was always at 23.5C, even though we set it lower. when we spoke to management about this, they just sent a couple of pictures showing us how to adjust the fan, when we responded that the fan was already on the highest setting they stopped responding to our messages. This made sleeping throughout the night unbearably hot both days that we were there. Also the hair dryer in the room would work for 1 min at a time and overheat and shut off.
