  : No elevator :( apartment was on the 4 the floor and i had my parents with me and we had so many luggages. Thats the only downfall.

  : impossible to get near he apartment without walking and theres about 50 steps up to the apartment. So you have to take suitcases and bags through the busy alleyways So wouldnt recommend for elderly or with young kids.

  : Location is amazing, right in the middle of everything quite literally a two minutes walk to the Duomo. The apartment is still nice and quiet at night. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and was absolutely spotless.
  : The stairs were definitely a lot, which we knew in advance but with the heat proved difficult for a couple older members of our party. There was an issue with AC in a couple of rooms but the hosts did everything to fix and accommodate us so it ended up not being much of a problem.

  : this property is perfectly situated. it is a short walk to duomo and other attractions.
  : The washing machine was not working and the hot water went out for a day. the staff was very quick to react to get the water working again.

  : The location was superb, very central and close to lots of really good areas to go out in the evenings. Despite this, the apartment was very quiet, we felt we had plenty of space and it was a very comfortable and well equipped base. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms great and kitchen had all we needed (we didn't cook). We had a small issue with the heating and it was sorted within ten mins. The restaurant recommendations in the useful booklet were very good, the only thing I would add is rather than faffing around with a taxi to the airport, there is a very efficient tram within walking distance - much cheaper and couldn't be easier. All in all, it is a great apartment and I would highly recommend it, thank you.
