  : The closeness to the beach.The ability to fix our own meals. The place was very nice.
  : The upper balcony doors need to be replaced so that the noise level of the street would be reduced greatly.

  : Easy cross straight to beach. Private closed walls on front porch. Bedrooms each have private bathroom which are both separate from downstairs living space. With a half bathroom downstairs. Central location to many of the seawalls attractions! Will stay again next trip.
  : Would have been nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. We wish the playground area would have been mowed as we had our young grandson with us. Neither of the things will hinder us from staying here again in the future.

  : The location was great. We enjoyed spending time out on the balcony watching the waves of the Gulf in the evening. The place had plenty of space for our family. It was surprisingly quiet without too much noise from the street.
  : The pool was closed our entire stay. The place could use some updating as well. The beds weren't very comfortable and the furniture was dated. The outdoor furniture was dirty and rusted.

  : They didnt offer breakfast but they had a kitchen so we had bought stuff to make breakfast ourselves. I was glad that there was someone working in the office to hand me the keys and help with any questions I had when I first arrived.
  : The patio doors definitely needed to be redone my patio door didnt lock and it was very noisy and I know Im close to the street but the bedroom seem noisier than the downstairs when youre trying to sleep and the beds were too soft. We are in our early 50s and we need a firmer bed sore backs dont hurt. The teenagers back didnt hurt though.

  : The location was great and close to everything.
  : The unit that my family stayed in needs to be upgrade. The air conditioning didn't work good at the peek of the day and the carpet needs to be changed but overall was good

Disappointing

  : Pretty colors and right on the water front.
  : Noise from loud vehicles and motorcycles till wee hours of the morning.Bed was hard, not soft and comfortable. Even pillows were stiff.

  : Two bedrooms so we could share with another couple.
