: Nice house. Small, but everyone fit comfortably. Even the fold out sofa was better then expected. Nice and clean. Plenty of extra towels. Loved that extra beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and even a boogie board was provided. Location was right in the middle of the island so everything was no more than 10min away in all directions. Loved that dollar store was half a block away. That made it way easier to get snacks for the beach so we didnt have to fight the crowd at Walmart. Lots of board games for family entertainment and we even got to bring our dog.
: Check out time was 10:00am. We had lots to pack so we had to get up early. Would have been nice to be able to sleep in after a long day at the beach, but I do understand it has to be clean and ready for the next group.

: This is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed at. The neighborhood where this home is located was so peaceful and quiet. I will return to this vacation gem year after year.
: Two things:The first is I would like to see the bathroom bath tub caulk updated. Second, walking in the yard leads to stickers in your feet. Would love to see this addressed. The yard where the picnic table would be more enjoyable if this issue was addressed

: Great location. Very close to the beach, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the Rainforest Cafe, and many other family fun activities are nearby and many great restaurants.
: The home was in need of a deep cleaning. It was very dusty and had lots of dog hair along the baseboards and floors. The bathrooms were very dusty and the bathtub had old hair and dust all over. it. The bathroom cabinets and shelves were dusty. The toilets had hair, dust, and piss stains. The refrigerator had some dirt along the inside of the refrigerator door where is shuts. The kitchen table and coffee tables had old food crumbs left all over the top of them.

: Very quaint, felt like home the minute we arrived. Close to the beach and anything you may want to do. Quiet neighborhood. Coming through the garage into the laundry room was fantastic, waterhole is located right by the back door and garage, easy to clean off sand from the beach before going inside. Chairs and beach toys were a surprise. There was even a beach umbrella for our convenience. We loved it.Beds were plentiful and comfortable. The couch and the chair in the living room both converted into beds. They were surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of bedding available.
: There were only a few pans to cook with, hard to prepare much more than toast or heat a can of soup. There was a waffle maker, great coffee pot, microwave, and gas stove. One medium saucepan, one muffin pan and a cutting board. Tried to use the grill but it sounded like a leak in the gas line. Decided to order pizza instead. We were hoping to make some suppers at the cottage but it was hard to do without pans or skillets. Everything else about the cottage was great.
