  : Very dated. Furniture's are very old. We stayed for 6 days all the toiletries are not enough. We ended it up to buy our own.

  : It was dirty, so many cockroaches, not enough cups, glasses for four people. Dishwasher didnt work, our front door was painted on the second day removing the door number and leaving our balcony door open letting in loads of bugs! Did it again when they finished painting the door two days later! Disappointed

  : This property is in a great location for food and shopping and easy walking distance to the beautiful beach to watch the sunset every night and wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning.

  : The best part of the property was the BBQ area on the roof. It was clean, spacious, plenty of room, good views and lovely breezes at night.
  : The blinds in the bedroom and kitchen were very light weight and cream colour and do the light was there 24 hours and the morning sun beamed through. We used a blanket and an ironing board as a light block. The dishwasher didnt work. They said twice it was going to be fixed and just didnt bother. They dont answer the phones (busy tone continually) and are hiding away so you need to actually find where the admin is located. 1409 by the way. Judging by the amount of cockroaches the dishwasher has been broken a long time. I had to buy trays to put in oven and an egg flip. The place and decor is very 70s style. It was close to everything but I wouldnt stay again.

  : The location is key. It's so close to Waikiki Beach and the main streets. There were amble of food options around. What's the best is a private parking spot in the condo.
  : Some of the appliances were dated and some repair is needed on some of the electrical outlets. The A/C was loud and not over sufficient if it gotten hotter. The Wifi didn't work in the condo but at least I had my 5G on my phone working.

  : We had difficulty checking in and the contact person was extremely rude. They told the maintenance man to let us into a specific apartment and it had not been cleaned. They rang the next day and my 15 year old son was home alone and a lady abused him about being in the wrong apartment. The cleaners were trying to move him to another when we came home. Abusive and disgusting!

  : Good location, in-unit washer and dryer, friendly cleaner ladies who helped me check-in because no one was available at check in desk. The check in Instruction says to call a number using the phone on the garage entrance which I did call multiple times but nobody answered. I grabbed other guests coming out and the guest who also happened to have checked-in on the same day had the same issue with check in. Grabbed a maintenance guy who then called a cleaner lady to come down and get me. Took about 15-20 min to get hold of someone working for the condo. Weirdest check-in procedure.
  : No earlier notice of hot water shut off prior to arrival. No maintenance personnel picking up the phone (had to call reservation line) Dirty brown water coming out with no hot water after the noticed date has passed for water shut off (had to use a vacant unit on different floor to get shower). Dirty pack n play with stained peepees from previous uses. Kitchen drain clogs. Slowest wifi I've experienced. Bedbug or some type of bugs biting us every single night (noticing new bitten spots in the morning).
