  : The accommodation is basic and close to the beach
  : The accommodation is pretty basic. When we arriveD we had to wait for the owner to come in to do the check in as the cleaners do not speak any English. We got the room facing the pool which is exposed to West and it's super hot despite the air con. The shower doesn't have anything too separated from the rest of the bathroom so water was spilling all outside. The accommodation is very close to the beach where all the restaurants are. The swimming pool is too small for all the guests of the house and there are often not enough beds to accommodate everyone. I booked for one person in error and requested to upgrade to two people at the arrival. The owner accepted the 2nd guest and charged me extra but I did not have a receipt for the difference which meant I couldn't claim for the full price of the accommodation, which I didn't like. We asked for a lift to the airport which is only 510 minutes from the property. Initially we were told it was going to be 10 in cash but eventually we were asked to pay 15 randomly which I also didn't like.

  : 1. Only positive is the location. Rest all are negatives. Paid 200+ for 2 nights in Aug and it was totally not worth it. Maybe worth 40 nothing more.2. Owner is nice guy, so didnt feel like complaining as its just a poor property complaining wont make a difference.
  : 1. The bathroom was tiny and unclean. Hardly any space to stand and take shower. 2. The shower fittings looked old and rusty 3. No tooth brush / paste given 4. Highly overpriced for this poor quality room. Worth only 40 look for better options. 5. AC doesnt work properly

  : Hotel was great - exceeded expectations. Georgios the owner was excels t - picked us up and dropped us at the airport as well as helped us get to wedding appointments we had to attend.
  : Room could be slightly bigger with a set of drawers for putting clothes away but really not a huge issue
