  : I suggest everyone not to skip this review because what we went through here during the vacation is extremely serious and left us speechless. First, when we first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist, Anastasia is her name, received us very impatiently. When we got to the room, we were surprised to find that the air conditioner in the room was not working properly. Therefore, we approached the receptionist, Anastasia is her name, and informed her that the air conditioner was not working. Her response was that she had nothing to do with it and that she could not change our room, and claimed that a technician would come the next day and fix the air conditioner. After many pleas that it was hot for us (the heat of Greece in the summer) she agreed to move us only for one night only. The next day the technician arrived and was unable to fix the problem, and again here her lack of care is evident - and said there was nothing to be done. Again, after many unpleasant pleas, she moved us to another room just for one night and claimed that tomorrow it would be taken care of. Of course, the next day the problem was not resolved and they told us that they did not have a free room for us to stay in and they did not even agree to return the money to us. In addition, the hotel employees claimed that we "dirty" their towels and asked us to pay 100 euros for it - definitely not reasonable. In conclusion, the hotel damaged our vacation and ruined it for us, the service and attitude are beyond criticism. We will not return to the hotel again, that's for sure.

  : The hotel is very beautiful, pleasant and in a great localization. The room was clean, organized and there was never anything missing that I needed to replace. The entire team is always very polite and helpful.
  : I wished we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign to hang on the door. Consequently, the cleaning staff unintentionally woke us up on the second day. It's not the staff's fault, but rather a shortcoming in the hotel's operations, as they haven't implemented such a common feature yet.

  : Firstly this is a complete honest appraisal of this hotel from my family who have been visiting Santorini for 17 years. Hotel location excellent tick, hotel rooms we were at the back in a very poor room, I hear because these are so called booking.com rooms, big issues here we go internally this is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in, banging doors , loud shouting, barking dog from reception, banging floors! Be aware this hotel is on the beach but seems to be the oy hotel with no beach beds, very bizarre , we paid to use another hotels beds, the bar at the front is not anything to do with the hotel and is run very poorly, empty and no friendliness a bit like the hotel in general. Overall poor rear rooms the front ones look good, theres no atmosphere at all, very noisy at night but is located in a great location. I have found d out the reason this beach hotel has no beach beds is due to the Greek tax and this hotel doesnt want to pay !

  : Excellent location, breakfast buffet was delicious, friendly staff, large room with a lovely view onto the garden and beach, good air conditioning as well. Good value for money too!
  : There was a pretty bad sewage smell coming from the shower where the drain was. The staff barely replaced toilet rolls, which wasnt helpful. There was no sign to not be disturbed in the mornings when the staff cleans, so we were either woken up or disturbed when we were getting ready to leave the room.

  : Nice pool area, comfy beds, staff were very helpful, breakfast selection was good and fantastic area for kamari restaurants, bars, cafes, bakery and shops.

  : The location was great. Besides the website provided us with false advertisement. The website made us think there were chairs and umbrellas on the beach- which was wrong.In order to use beach chairs at other locations it was an additional 20 euros per day.
  : This place was absolutely horrible. To begin the trip, we walked into a room where the bed was unmade, no towels or floor mats were in the bathroom, the hair dryer was broken, we were missing toiletries, etc. The day staff told us that they were aware that the Wi-Fi didnt work in our room so we wouldnt have it. The staff was not helpful (besides the night time staff). We had to move rooms at 1:00 in the morning because the smell of the room was unbearable- it smelled like eggs the whole time. We woke up multiple times through out the night gaging from the smell. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. We woke up on the second day covered in bug bites (potential BED BUGS OR MITES)?? We mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they said we would hear back from management within 24 hours. It has been 3 days and we have not heard back. STAY ANYWHERE BUT RK BEACH HOTEL. If we do not hear back from management, we will make this a legal issue.
