  : They had bed bugs! In multiple rooms my children were bit, I was bit. The place was a hump and dump very disgusting.

  : The moment I pulled up to the motel, I felt unsafe. I had 3 children with us and another family with their child. People were outside partying with loud music, smoking etc. We walked in the room smelled awful, holes in the wall, etc the pool was dirty. I walkes right back out and left.
  : Everything, I can't say one nice thing about this hotel. It was disgusting and definitely would not recommend.

  : Upon check-in, two individuals were outside of the entrance smoking marijuana, although a sign clearly stated no smoking/vaping. The lobby ceiling was damaged with a gaping hole and bucket to catch water, however not marked off for safety. Once in the room, it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The TV was on when we entered the room, there was a leftover opened container in the refrigerator. The pool was green and unkept.

  : When I first arrived there was no one at the front desk the staff had walked out as I was walking in and I only know that is because after I was sitting there for 5 minutes waiting to check in the woman came back in and asked if she could help me I let her know that I was here to check in she asked for my ID and my credit cards I gave it to her and then she told me our new policy states that locals are not allowed to stay at the facility and that I had to contact the booking agency and let them know to refund me so I try to call the booking company which I was on hold for quite some time while waiting in the lobby as my wife was searching for another hotel to book I say about 30 to 45 minutes on the phone trying to get reimbursed or make sure I wasn't charged a termination fee or cancellation fee the young lady said she had talked to the manager and said that I was now allowed to stay at their facility they give me all my information my card my parking lot pass Wi-Fi information I go to the room and I noticed there was no blanket or comforter on the bed so I called down to the front desk to let them know and they told me it's just supposed to be there I let them know that there's no comforter the young lady said she will send somebody to come and see if there was no one ever came I left the hotel to go get something to eat I came back and they were still no comforter I called again and no one picked up I walked down to the lobby and once again no one was at the front desk instead they were inside their new bar/club area I kindly went back to my room caught a few more times and still got no answer I left and I came back with my own blanket or comforter I booked the room for 2 nights and no one has even came to clean the room or even drop off the blanket that I had requested this was one of the worst hotel motel suits I have ever been in not quite sure if it's a new owner or under New Management but I used to stay at this one a lot I don't...

  : Restaurant was closed. Railing for stairwell was unattached. Ceiling was falling out. Towels were stained. The room was dirty full of cobwebs. The pool area was dilapidated. The concrete and tiles were crumbling and dangerous. Strange bugs everywhere on everything. Supposed to be free breakfast, not. Bar was also closed. No fridge. Didn't get room we booked. Sockets hanging out of wall. Not located next door to Dutch Wonderland as advertised.
