  : The facility looks clean, I like the kitchenette in the room, I was very impressed to see the settings with standard size freg, microwave, stove,plate washer,utensils & dinner wear.
  : The only thing that turned us off was a bad smell when we approached the hallways, i am not sure where it was coming from or what it was however I was praying for my allergies not to flare up as I am an asthmatic. We were just staying one night, so I didn't make it a big deal

  : No room service, had to ask for towels each time, staff wore pj's at front desk at night, tv was horrible, noisy after 10pm, bed uncomfortable

  : I didn't have breakfast. Honestly, the room was so filthy and gross I didn't want to touch anything.
  : This so-called hotel does not like guests booking through booking.com. The check-in staff accused booking.com of false advertising when I complained about being asked to cough up a $75 per pet fee. So, they charged me $99 plus tax, and for each of my two pets they charged me another $75. I ended up paying $260 for my $99 dollar room.And it was filthy. There was a huge hole in one of the bathroom walls. The floor in the shower stall was so gross that I didn't even take a shower because I was afraid I might catch a fungus. The walls in the room were filthy, as was the kitchen floor. I know this because I accidently spilled some water and dried it off with a white towel which turned black. There is also no security at this hotel. The back entrance closest to my room was faulty as it didn't open with the room key. What did they do? They placed a rock between the door and the frame to keep the door open! Single women beware. Had I not traveled with my GSD, I would have been even more ticked off than I already was.Overall, a nasty experience which I do not wish to repeat. BTW, and this to all hotels. You can do better by people traveling with pets. I am done with filthy rooms with holes in walls and doors just because I am a responsible pet owner who takes her dog/cat with her.
