  : Great customer service, room was outdated but clean. Location is off the main strip but only a few miles to lots of restaurants and more. Was good for a quick overnight stop during our trip.
  : The room was outdated, mattress most likely needs replacing as well.

  : The hotel was where we needed to stay and had a room available. Our room was the corner room pictured with two windows to the creek. The creek sound was wonderful and it was very quiet. The view of the creek was great and we had the windows open. I enjoyed the bathtub. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. The bed was comfy. I think one of the cabins would be better than the "hotel-type" room we were in.
  : Getting into the room on the corner you have to enter a tiny "hallway" between two rooms. It could be quite noisy as the screen door was loud. Being in the corner room we didn't hear it, but the room next to the door would have trouble. Being in the back corner room made it very dark and dismal looking. Better lighting would help. The curtains are coming off the hooks, the rug and windows are dirty. Things just need to be cleaned and freshened up.

  : The room was not clean. There was someones hair in the bathtub, on the walls, and on the toilet before none of us even used the bathroom. The room had a weird smell and did not seem clean.

  : The room was a nice size and I did enjoy that the Pemigewassett river ran right behind it. The bottom drawer in the dresser was unable to be opened. The size of the bed was more than ample. The property itself was neat and, from the outside appeared well maintained.
  : The ceiling tiles need to be repainted, the upholstery on the chairs for the dining table was quite stained, which I found unsavory if not unacceptable. The bottom drawer in the dresser was unable to be opened. There were soft spots in the floor. The bed linens were very dated. The room had a bit of an "old" odor and the lighting was very bad. The screen door was broken.
