  : Great communication with management over Booking App. Good apartment location.
  : No soap for the sink, No lighting in the kitchen. One bedroom has plenty of cabinets, but the other one doesn't have anything. Dishwasher only works when is someone in the apartment.

  : There where lots of mosquito (and from the signs on the walls, we were not the first to encounter this problem) Some mosquito protection it will make the next tourists very happy. (we didnt find it in the supermarkets near by)

  : I like the keyless entry into the building and the apartment. The hosts were very accommodating in our request to extend our stay. Instead of transferring to their other nearby property, they were able to arrange our extension in the same unit. We didn't have to move anymore for the additional 2 nights stay.
  : The late evening noise from the bars downstairs can be too much at times. Good thing, the unit has comfortable beds that we were all able to sleep soundly despite the noise.

  : To be honest, nothing
  : 1. 2 days before we left to Lisbon and 1 day after my credit cart is charged, strangely, we are informed that the apartment that we reserved is no more available and we are proposed to another apartment so called "surclass". Later, I realized that we are not the first client who has this kind of last minute "arrangement", very strange, isn't it?2. When we arrived the apartment, it is dirty in general.3. in the inner room, it is full of an oily smell, whenever the windows is open, the evacuation of the restaurant constantly wipes out the oily smell which is extremely disgusting. Then the egout of the bathroom has another disgusting smell that we have to put on a mask to use the toillet and take the shower. Then these 2 bad smells mix, and fulfilled the whole apartment, the inner room next to the toilet is not able to live some human beings.4. The room facing to the street is extremely noisy that we barely not be able to get some sleeps. At the end, I get 2 senior persons (67 years old and 72 year old) with me, and my son of 10 year, we share the canap lit in the salon, where the smells are relatively less intensive and the noise is relatively less important.5. The breakfast is ridiculous, it is a standard of 12 euros per person as explained when check in. Firstly, my son's box is missing, only 3 breakfast boxes are delivered during 4 days. Secondly, the quality is extremely poor: the ham and cheese is rolled with a strange plastic bag, most of products without produce date or expiration date. the fruit is extreme bad quality6. the personnel pretends to be kind and sends a message to ask whether everything is fine in the first day and when I sent back a message to explain so many problems that we have, no more answers and during the check out, they definitely explained that they did not receive any message7.

  : Spacious and clean
  : We were checked in by a very stroppy man who insisted we had been sent all the information about our stay BUT we were unable to open it. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and the lift stopped working Friday am and we reported it then but it still wasnt fixed when we left midday Monday,I had to take two heavy suitcases down five flights of stairs and I am 76yrs old! We were told somebody would help us with the cases but nobody came until we had got them downstairs ourselves. Poor management.

  : The location was great, and the apartment was nicely furnished. The Management Company was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.
  : The process of getting the door code could be improved. The emails did not say that we would only get the code after 11am on the day of arrival, so we were worried as we boarded our flight that we would arrive late on a Saturday and not be able to get in. Simple fix if they just indicated the time in their emails. There were a few issues with light bulbs and coffee maker not working, but they resolved these for us very promptly.
