  : The location was perfect. Easy to travel all around Lisbon. Many small grocery stores and bakeries. The tram stop is just down the road and the metro and train station close as well. The apartment had a washing machine and a drying rack! Very helpful!! Place was spacious and clean. Nice small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or wine.
  : Need to change the locks. The lock into the apartment itself was really difficult. No kitchen towels, wine/bottle opener, or smaller glasses. No heat control. No hand soap. Furniture placement not good. Hard to watch the news on the tv when the couch is 20 feet away and the tv is 20 inches in size. Bed is two twin beds pushed together, not a double bed. A random hanging light fixture (one of only two lights in the entire apartment), was a hazard, hard not to run into it. Need to put in curtains or blinds, not sheers, for privacy at night.

  : very nice stylish spacious apartment. the view is beautiful, there is great wind from the windows. the area around has many small cafes and restaurants.
  : Few things to consider before taking this apartment-1. it is on the 4th floor with no elevator 2. it is a top floor apartment and there is no air conditioning. meaning, in a warm day it gets very hot during the day3. it is central BUT not in the center. it takes about 10-15 min walk to get to the heart of Lisbon All that said, we loved it and had an amazing time. we even ended up extending our stay .

  : Location was great and apartment was clean
  : Staff was extremely unhelpful. Check in location was 20 minutes drive away from the apartment it forces you to do an unnecessary trip. It took us over two hours to check in and access the apartment. The keys do not work properly (you need to make a very specific movement to open the door) and no one told us about it. We phone the reception and they don't pick up or call us back for 45+ minutes. Apartment is OK but not even a shower gel or shampoo, which feels ridiculous any AirBnB would offer this. Location is great but service and facilities just ruined the stay.

  : The young and irresponsible team, not helpful at all. No internet and none try to solve. You will be very disappointed with this apartment. Never had such experience that people in charge to serve guests do not want to do any for guest. Very insolent team!!!???

  : The apartment was a fantastic size, and views from the lounge/bedroom window are amazing. The small balcony area gets the sunshine from morning until mid afternoon which is really nice. The location is excellent and there is a very friendly shop just moments away - even the neighbours in the street were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped - everything in the kitchen is really clean and well organised. The bed is super comfortable and the apartment was very clean throughout. I loved the huge windows that opened right up to give the apartment a really airy and open feel. The apartment would be suitable for a single traveller or even for a family because its so big. The wifi is speedy and easy to access.
  : There are a handful of improvements that could be made to the apartment. The decor is quite untidy - curtains are mismatched and paper thin. The curtain rail to the balcony is nearly hanging off with most of the curtain hooks ripped. Also the curtain in the kitchen only covers half of the window - strangely, it looks as though the bottom half has been cut off. New curtains would be easy and quick to replace. Various lamps have been scattered around the apartment that again, are completely mismatched and very tatty. Again, these would be very cheap and simple to replace, and would greatly improve the image of the apartment. The balcony is very small and doesn't have views as alluded to in the ad - it overlooks the back of the property. In addition, there is a large dead plant, clothes airer, brush, mop and bucket that are stored here. I found this a little bit lazy and it makes the area untidy and unpleasant for using. These items could be stored elsewhere in the building. There is one hoover stored away neatly in a cupboard, but also a large second hoover poking out from a table area in the corner of the room. This makes it seem as though the apartment is used for general storage rather considering the space for guests. Finally, the locks are very rickety and the building entrance lock in particular needs some attention. When collecting the keys, i was told i need to "lift the key and only insert it so far" so the hosts of the property must be aware of this problem. As a female traveller alone, i don't want to have problems accessing my accommodation late at night, in a dark, quiet street. Again, i think a new lock would be very easy and cheap to replace, and would be better peace of mind for guests. The apartment is great, but with these few improvements, it could be really fantastic!
